We are currently seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative to join our inside technical service team. The ideal candidate will be customer service-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer issues and provide repair solutions for commercial and transport refrigeration equipment via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Identify and dispatch third party service vendors for as needed for onsite repairs
- Analyze and interpret equipment performance readings from X-web monitoring software
- Perform vendor management, maintain accurate service provider records to ensure best performing vendors are being utilized
• Prior experience in HVAC/R and a strong mechanical background with basic knowledge of automotive engines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
