Requirements
We are seeking Nurse Practitioners with relevant experience in home healthcare, geriatrics, hospice, and primary care. Ideal candidates are NPs who prioritize patient well-being over patient volume. Our goal is for our healthcare providers to allocate sufficient time to effectively address all patient needs.
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed as an NP in the state where HarmonyCares Medical Group office is situated
- Hold Federal DEA License or eligibility for it
- Preferably possess training or experience in geriatrics
- Active CPR/BLS Certification is required

- Access to a Triage Line for handling patient inquiries during evenings
- Minimize the need to work on charts at home; complete charting while the Medical Assistant is driving
- Typical workday begins around 8AM and concludes by 4:30PM
