  • Support the sourcing and recruiting efforts for designated area
  • Timely maintenance of administrative tasks included data entry and integrity of candidate information
  • Answer the telephone and provide assistance for common questions or direct callers as appropriate
  • Obtain/assist in the completion of job descriptions, salary ranges, performance reviews and salary increases
  • Screen resumes and schedule candidate interviews
  • Maintain requisition and assignment data within front office system
  • Maintain written documentation on specific policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance to local employment and privacy law, including pre-employment screening requirements are successfully completed in accordance with contractual and governmental regulations, WOTC and assist with claims such as Workers Comp and Unemployment Insurance
  • When onsite, escort all new External Talent to work area on their first day of assignment
  • Liaise as needed to support time collection, payroll or billing processes and issue resolution
  • Assist in any event coordination and attend as Volt representative when appropriate
  • Prepare miscellaneous reports as requested
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues
  • Conduct off-boarding processes including termination email notifications and exit interviews as applicable
  • Ability to arrive to work at a specified time
  • Attendance is an essential function of the job
  • Complete special projects as assigned
  • Temporary for 3-6 Months to startThe ideal candidate will have: 1-2 years' experience in customer service, communications or call center
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; combination of experience and Associate's Degree in a related field acceptable
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong research and multi-tasking skills with computers, Microsoft Office Suite and the Internet.
  • Ability to self-prioritize workload
  • Desire to grow within the company and shape your duties to help prepare for that position

Pay Rate:

  • Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
