Cultural and Technological Innovation:

Foster a culture of innovation within the Technology team, integrating cutting-edge practices and technologies to enhance operational efficiency, security, and effectiveness.


Leadership and Team Development:

Inspire and lead the Technology team in a way that fosters collaboration and alignment with the business's broader goals, ensuring technology solutions are both impactful and supportive of business needs.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND PREREQUISITES:

  • A proven leader in digital transformation –skilled in ERP and e-commerce integration, cloud technologies, and IT security, you have a deep understanding of the IT landscape and are adept at leveraging these systems to drive substantial improvements.
