Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bar Manager to join our dynamic team.

As the Bar Manager at Chotto Matte, you will be responsible for leading our bar team to deliver exceptional service and innovative cocktails.

You will oversee all aspects of bar operations, including bar staff rotas, inventory management, staff training, and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Proven experience of high volume restaurants / bars is a must

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations
  • Develop and maintain innovative cocktail menus that reflect our Japanese Peruvian fusion concept
  • Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including inventory management, ordering, and stock control
  • Train and mentor bar staff to ensure consistent quality and service standards
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and guidelines
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop promotions and special events to drive sales and enhance the guest experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Bar Manager in a highvolume restaurant or bar
  • Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
