We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our bar operations at Local Edition. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bar, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory controls, including tracking stock levels, ordering supplies, and managing waste.
- Cocktail Menu Development: Collaborate with the Beverage Director to create innovative and appealing cocktail menus that drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and manage a team of bartenders and barbacks to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality drinks.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, responding to feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Monitor and control labor costs, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
