Join Our Team as Director of Facilities at Bryant University, Smithfield, RI

  • Lead a team making a real impact daily at the UNION account
  • Manage mechanical trades, grounds, and custodial services in a union campus setting
  • Report directly to the District Manager overseeing budget and team performance
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction for facility services

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong technical knowledge across various domains
  • Demonstrated successful Facilities Management leadership
  • Exceptional communication, contract management, and financial acumen
  • Focus on staff development and team building
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred
  • Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Enhance client programs including planning, maintenance, energy management, and more

Basic Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of Management and Functional Experience
  • Experience in a University or Campus Setting for 5 years

MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience as a Director of Facilities
  • Management and Functional experience for 5 years

NICE TO HAVE

  • Technical knowledge in various systems
  • Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) is a plus
