Required:
- 5-7+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- Ability to gather insights from data, SQL, Tableau or Looker experience
- Vendor management, including selection and contract negotiations
- Experience working with digital platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively in both tactical and strategic capacities
Plus:
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and franchise systems
Day-to-day:
- A client of Insight Global is looking for a Product Manager to support their digital transformation in the quick service restaurant industry, which has evolved from less than 5% to nearly 50% digital sales in recent years. Your role will involve driving technology solutions at restaurants, developing a customer experience strategy, maintaining a product roadmap, leading cross-functional teams, making technology decisions, managing franchisee relationships, providing updates to senior leadership, and ensuring positive business outcomes.
