Job Description

TAK Communications, a prominent national telecommunications and broadband service provider, delivers comprehensive communications services across the US. From project management and engineering to installation and sales, TAK Communications is a trusted partner for customers in the broadband and communications industry.

We are looking for a Business Partner Manager to support Construction projects in Seattle, WA. In this position, you will establish strategic partnerships with subcontractors and represent the organization in networking and goal-setting activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to onboard new business partners
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with partners
  • Conduct market research for partnership opportunities
  • Attend partner meetings and industry events
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve organizational objectives
  • Promote the organization to potential partners
  • Engage in outreach activities using various tools and platforms
  • Assist in onboarding new partners
  • Stay updated on company initiatives and market trends
  • Travel occasionally as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in telecommunications/construction industry
  • Familiarity with local subcontractor community
  • Prior business development or sales experience preferred
  • Strong goal-oriented mindset
  • Effective communication skills
  • Willingness to network and make cold calls
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Self-motivated and deadline-driven
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and build relationships
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Valid driver's license
  • Completion of pre-employment screenings
