Responsibilities as a Quality Control Manager:

  • Create and manage Quality Control Plans for successful completion of construction projects.
  • Collaborate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure quality control compliance.
  • Read and comprehend contract specifications, architectural/engineering/mechanical drawings.
  • Prepare and review submittals, RFIs, and maintain detailed Daily Activity Reports.
  • Communicate effectively with client's quality assurance personnel, technical experts, and construction representatives.
  • Organize and conduct meetings as per contract specifications and company standards.
  • Produce project-related plans, reports, and manuals while implementing the three phases of the quality control process.
  • Create and maintain project reports, logs, and other necessary documentation.

Qualifications for the Job:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture or related field with a minimum of five years of experience.
  • Prior experience in construction management, particularly in federal government projects.
  • Knowledge of Resident Management System (RMS) 3.0 and Contractor Quality Management for Contractors Certification.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently, with additional certifications preferred.
  • US citizenship, valid driver's license, and ability to pass required background checks.
