Job Description: The Project Manager, Infrastructure Deployments will oversee projects involving hardware and configurations deployment across multiple sites. This individual will collaborate with global teams and partners in a large distributed organization. They will demonstrate leadership qualities and take responsibility for the successful project execution within the region, meeting deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards. Strong presentation and public speaking skills are essential for conducting internal and external meetings.

Practical Experience:

  • Experience in leading and managing IT infrastructure and technology components for clients
  • Thorough understanding of project management practices and methodologies across various technologies and industries
  • Focus on stakeholder management, engagement, and effective communication
  • Proficiency in managing and reporting financials for multiple projects
  • Ability to communicate effectively at an executive level

Key Responsibilities:

  • Successfully manage projects from initiation to closure
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project deliverables within budget
  • Identify and address project risks and issues
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
  • Manage project scope, change requests, and stakeholder expectations
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of project documentation
  • Oversee project resources, including staff, contractors, and vendors
  • Promote a positive team environment and teamwork

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of IT Project Management experience
  • Experience in a professional services environment
  • Familiarity with managing project financial components to ensure budget adherence
  • Experience in managing projects across multiple sites worldwide
  • Expertise in creating and managing detailed project plans
  • Proficiency in risk and issue management, including escalation processes
  • Experience with 3rd party partner lead deployments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with diverse infrastructure technologies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Skilled in conflict management and mentoring project team members
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones as necessary
  • Travel requirement up to 15%
