We are seeking an Apartment Manager (18 Units - Part Time PT) to become a part of our team You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.
Estimated Compensation:
PT 12.5 hours per week
$950 per month pay
Discounted rent for 3-bedroom apartment $675 per month
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate clean up and presentation of vacant apartments.
- Attract new tenants and lease up all vacant apartments in a timely fashion.
- collect rent from 18 tenants prior to the 5th of each month.
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints.
- Update and improve properties to increase return on investment.
- police the grounds daily (pick up litter)
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion.
- Supervise and train vendor to the property.
- Enforce property rules and regulations (parking)
Qualifications:
- Employee must live on site.
- Previous experience in property management or other related fields
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with tenants.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
