Description:
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be tasked with the design, development, and implementation of innovative products. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in analog and digital circuit design related to diverse power electronics products. Practical skills in prototype soldering, troubleshooting at the component level, design verification testing, and assembling PCB prototypes are highly valued. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with a team of electrical and mechanical engineers, as well as sales, marketing, and technical support departments.

Required:

  • Thorough understanding of power electronics
  • Extensive experience in Analog/Digital circuit design
  • Proficiency in Microcontroller technology
  • Competence in SMT and Through-hole soldering techniques
  • Expertise in PCB assembly prototyping
  • Ability to conduct tests and troubleshoot at the component level
  • Familiarity with various test equipment such as DMM, Signal Generator, Oscilloscope, etc.
  • Proficient in computer software including Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Skillful in schematic or PCB design software
  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions
  • Experience in test fixture design and construction
  • Knowledge of pre-production documentation processes
  • Documented experience in procedures, BOMs, ECNs
  • Successful completion of a drug test
Desired, but not necessary:
  • Familiarity with Internet-of-Things (IoT)
  • Exposure to Wireless RF software design
  • Involvement in Phone App Design
  • Coding experience with Microcontrollers using C or BASIC
  • Understanding of thermal chamber applications such as Thermatron or equivalents
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Mechanical Design
  • Experience in Automation Test Equipment both hardware and software
