Resumen del trabajo:
El Gerente de Desarrollo Comercial es responsable de liderar y motivar a un equipo de Representantes de Ventas del Territorio dentro de su geografía asignada. Se espera que el Gerente de Desarrollo Comercial (BDM) construya relaciones sólidas con todos los minoristas clave, así como con Operadores Independientes y otros actores clave. En última instancia, el BDM es responsable de cumplir con todos los objetivos de ventas de la empresa y los indicadores clave de rendimiento dentro de la geografía asignada.

- Experiencia en DSD
- Habilidades de comunicación sólidas
- Conocimiento de la marca/producto
- Detallista y capaz de gestionar múltiples proyectos
- Experiencia en interactuar con Operadores Independientes
- Colaborar con el Gerente Regional y de División en todas las actividades y comunicaciones.
- Presupuestar, planificar y comunicar internamente para todos los clientes clave.
- Vender y ejecutar programas de ventas para todos los minoristas, incluidos clientes nacionales, regionales e independientes.
- Planificar y liderar la ejecución impecable de todos los programas promocionales y de marketing para optimizar las inversiones.
- Identificar, solicitar y asegurar nuevos negocios que proporcionen un mayor ACV de marca en la región.
- Vender, crear y diseñar exhibiciones con el objetivo de generar mayores ventas y exposición para las marcas de Ol.
- Implementar esquemas de estantes/planogramas proporcionados por los minoristas y utilizar el espacio de ventas para crear planogramas eficientes para cuentas administradas localmente donde los POG mandatarios de la sede no son proporcionados.
- Asegurar visitas semanales a clientes clave en el área asignada para construir relaciones sostenibles y negociar oportunidades permanentes y promocionales de exhibición.
- Tareas adicionales según sea necesario o asignadas.
- Grado universitario o experiencia equivalente en DSD.
- Se prefieren candidatos bilingües (español), pero no es un requisito.
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en Ventas Minoristas y/o Gestión de Cuentas.
- Persona orientada a resultados.
- El candidato debe sentirse cómodo trabajando con una variedad de clientes diferentes y realizar visitas con el uso del vehículo de la empresa.
- Licencia de conducir válida con buen historial de manejo.
- Proficiencia en Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
- Trabaja bien en entornos de equipo, a la vez que es proactivo.
- Disposición para viajar, si es necesario.
