About the Department

You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEx), which is responsible for all major expansion activities within aseptic production, solid dosage forms, finished products, fill & finish warehousing, and QC across all production areas in Product Supply. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approx. 20,000 of Novo Nordisk's 50,000 employees.

FFEx is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan, and build all new aseptic filling capacity across Novo Nordisk to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our production facilities with the use of modern technology, as we are setting the standards for the aseptic production of the future. Facilities designed today which we will still be proud of 20 years from now. FF Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.

The Position

Design, deliver, evaluate & support training for Intralogisitics team that align with the Operational Training Standard framework. Create & design training programs in line with the site Training plan that supports daily operations, as well as project ramp up & Operational Readiness. Communicate data & metrics that inform & support the progress of directors, managers & teams.

Essential Functions

Serve as the training expert in assigned area, to include partnering with managers to identify training needs and collaborate and execute on the training strategyWork across different areas of the business to align on training approach & to share resources & best practicesSet priorities based ontraining needs and execute actions to ensure training program milestones are met, to include. Reviews training & development records, identifying training needs & gapsImplement training schedules for all employees, to include establishing review dates & further training in line with the employee's rolePartner with managers to review learning & development interventions for technical competencies, leadership development & personal developmentIdentify sources & arranges internal & external training to address competency gapsConduct &/or coordinate training for partnered areaAssist as a subject matter expert (SME) in application of established technical training processesLead or participate in training development workshops locally or globallyPresent technical training using a variety of instructional techniques tools & programs aligned with internal & external best practices, while seeking continuous improvementEstablish & drive usage of training tracking & escalation processesMonitor & evaluate the effectiveness of training & development deliveredFollows all safety & environmental requirements in the performance of dutiesOther accountabilities, as assigned Physical Requirements Ability to work in an open office environment with the possibility of frequent distraction. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (% can change on a case-by-case basis based on the role). QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field of study from an accredited university requiredMay consider an Associate's degree from an accredited university with a minimum of seven (7) years of instruction and training development requiredMay consider a High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum nine (9) years of instruction and training development requiredMaster's degree from an accredited university preferredA minimum of five (5) years of instruction and training development experience requiredA minimum of one (1) year of experience in a regulated industry required, preferably in aGMP regulated manufacturing environmentMinimum of five (5) years of instruction, training development or equivalent experience requiredKnowledge of principles & methods for curriculum & training design, teaching & instruction for individuals & groups & the measurement of training effects requiredAbility to read, write & understand complicated product, equipment & OEM documentation & standard operating procedures with great attention to detail requiredExperience with Microsoft Word & Excel requiredExperience with ISOtrain or other Learning Management Systems a plusAbility to organize, coordinate & track multiple tasks & events & to work in an orderly & methodical manner a plusAbility to design, format & generate intelligible, accurate & timely reports preferred We commit to an inclusive recruitment process and equality of opportunity for all our job applicants.
