Your Career
We are in search of a Senior Manager for OT GTM (Operational Technology) who embodies our vision and culture. The role involves driving growth strategies and executing Go-To-Market plans for our IoT/OT security services. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a proven track record in SaaS market growth.

Your Impact
The responsibilities for this role include:

  • Developing and delivering technical sales training on our OT security solution
  • Identifying and pursuing high-potential accounts, collaborating with sales teams
  • Leading proof-of-value engagements to showcase OT solution efficacy
  • Supporting sales teams in negotiations and closure of IoT/OT security deals
  • Cross-functional collaboration to drive OT strategies and sales programs
  • Driving pipeline and forecasting through measurement and reporting

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Extensive cybersecurity experience with a focus on IoT/OT security
  • Leadership skills to influence sales teams and manage cybersecurity projects
  • Experience in developing and executing GTM strategies for IoT/OT security solutions
  • In-depth understanding of the IoT/OT security landscape and emerging technologies
  • Deep knowledge of OT systems, protocols, and security challenges
  • Familiarity with security standards like NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, and IEC 62443
  • Experience in collaborating with sales teams to meet security requirements in customer solutions
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex security concepts to all stakeholders

*Please note that this position's compensation ranges from $163,000 to $263,550 per year, based on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits such as restricted stock units and bonuses may apply.*
