Food & Beverage Manager Job Opportunity at Yaamava Resort & Casino

Reporting to the Restaurant Senior Manager, the Food & Beverage Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the operations and profitability of various venues within Yaamava Resort & Casino. Responsible for leading well-performing teams, achieving financial goals, and maintaining high standards of customer service while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Accountable for all Front of House (FOH) team members to ensure high-quality service aligned with brand standards
  • Manage venue budgets for revenue, expenses, and profit, collaborating closely with the venue Chef to control food costs
  • Oversee cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance of equipment to meet established standards
  • Supervise and support staff through hiring, training, and performance evaluation processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service, Business or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, bar experience preferred
  • 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Certificates/Licenses:

  • Gaming license may be required
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Responsible Beverage Service and ServSafe certifications
