We are currently seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Community Manager Assistant to support our community management initiatives.

Our Community Manager Assistants play a crucial role in fostering a sense of community within our managed properties

Such responsibilities include:


Act as a liaison between residents and the property management team, addressing concerns, organizing community events, and promoting a positive living environment.

Assist in day-to-day operations, including managing inquiries, maintaining records, and coordinating property-related communications.
Assist with site vendors and maintenance needs on site.
Help curate and maintain social media platforms to promote community events, share updates, and engage with residents online.
Collaborate with the Community Manger to ensure effective communication channels between residents, management, and other stakeholders.

RequirementsPosition Requirements:

High School Diploma or GEDBilingual (Spanish/English) requiredMinimum one year experience in customer serviceProperty Management experience preferredMaintenance or Project Management experience preferredKnowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient levelKnowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient levelKnowledge of customer service best practices and conflict resolution techniques at a proficient levelAbility to maintain confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.

Able to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines.
