Primary Responsibilities:
Provide WOW Customer Service to our membersAssist with class scheduling and billingWork in a sales capacity to sell new memberships Conduct cold calls to potential customers to generate new businessRespond to inbound sales inquiries and provide excellent customer serviceBuild and maintain relationships with customersAchieve and exceed sales targets on a regular basisMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity in the CRM systemWork collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goalsParticipate in regular sales training and development activities to improve skills and knowledgeJob Qualifications and Skills1+ years of experience in sales, call center work, or customer serviceProven track record of achieving sales targetsAbility to work with childrenExcellent communication and organizational skillsHigh energyStrong work ethic Must pass background examinations prior to training
