Job Description
Field Service Technician/Service Representative
Job Summary:
A Field Service Technician is responsible for providing troubleshoot and repair various issues with existing windows, such as broken glass, damaged frames, malfunctioning hardware or leaks.
They may need to replace parts, adjust mechanisms, or reseal windows to restore their functionality and efficiency.Responsibilities:
Drive up to 6 hours in a single day (no more than 4 hours out of Houston)
Replaces glass in windows or doors; window screens install window or door sash, hardware, etc.
Performs job site walk-through's and identifies items that need attention or correction
Collects Customer payment as required
Identifies and orders parts over via Service Module through the advisor
Work schedule 7:00am- finish
Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License
Ability to drive up to 6 hours in a single day.
Window and/or door experience (product knowledge) is preferred
The ability to lift pounds
Ability to work off a ladder, up to 40 feet.
