You will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, ensuring product quality, and leading a team of skilled workers. Your goal will be to maximize productivity, minimize costs, and uphold our commitment to safety and excellence.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and actively participate in the daily metal finishing production operations, including manual hand polishing, automated machine polishing, and vibratory finishing.
Monitor production activities, make real-time adjustments, and resolve issues to ensure efficient workflow.
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
Supervise, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Collaborate with production, quality control, maintenance teams and administration to ensure seamless operations.
