Responsibilities:

  • Lead top of the funnel activity for business development cycles including prospecting, marketing campaigns, and cold calls.
  • Work with sales leadership to develop and implement strategies that identify and break into netnew accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers at enterpriselevel clients.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our service offerings, methodologies, and partnerships. Leverage technologyfocused solutions expertise to drive business development.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholder teams for talent acquisition, service delivery, and project management.
  • Effectively communicate project requirements to internal teams and present consultants to clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3+ years experience selling IT staffing or professional services required.
  • Experience in developing business for cloud, digital, and/or databased professional consulting services.
  • Industry experience in enterprise technology, ecommerce, or digital transformations.
  • Established network of business stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication.
Compensation for this position includes base salary and a generous uncapped commission structure.
