Onsite housing may be available.

Qualified Candidate must have 1+ year of experience in affordable housing property management and knowledge in HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA guidelines.

Valid Drivers License, clean DMV record and reliable transportation are required. Yardi is a plus. Qualified Candidates will be required to obtain a Hawaii real estate license within 9 months of hire.

Salary range:
$ $40.85 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $ $33.25 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.

The Resident Manager oversees the day to day operations of the property including administrative, facilities and marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIESCollects Rent, Makes Bank Deposits, Prepares and Submits Rent Roll, Verifies IncomeComplies with HUD, TCAC or other regulationsMaintains Waiting List, Prepares and Processes LeasesSupervises on-site StaffProcesses Evictions, Conducts Annual Inspections and Coordinates RepairFor HUD Properties, submits VouchersQUALIFICATIONS1+ Year of Property Management ExperienceAbility to Develop and Implement Budgets and Variance ReportsSkills in Resident Problem Solving and Staff ManagementCRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIREMENTS EAH Housing conducts criminal background checks on all candidates who have received a conditional job offer.
