We are currently looking for Sheet Metal Fabricators for our client company in Colorado Springs. This is a cool opportunity to work in a friendly environment and with room to grow.

As a Sheet Metal Fabricator, you will:

  • - Interpret Job Specifications to adjust machines and determine material needs
  • - Set stops or guides to specific lengths using scales, rules, or templates
  • - Position workpieces against stops or align layout marks accurately
  • - Monitor machine operation to identify any defects or malfunctions
  • - Measure workpiece dimensions for precision
  • - Eliminate sharp edges and burrs
  • - Conduct minor machine maintenance like lubricating machinery and dies

This is a full-time opportunity with the chance for permanent placement. You'll be working the day shift from Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • - One to two years of relevant experience or equivalent education and training
  • - Ability to apply mathematical concepts in practical scenarios
  • - Capability to perform tasks involving heavy lifting and material manipulation
  • - Proficiency in hand fabrication and layout

Hourly Pay: $20.00
