Your areas of responsibility:
Develop and implement strategies for the Wind market segment, aligning with overall business goals.
Manage key accounts, fostering relationships and identifying new business opportunities in the Wind sector.
Oversee regional engineering projects, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to industry standards.
Drive sales growth in the Wind segment, leveraging technical expertise and market knowledge.
Collaborate with internal teams for product development, marketing, and sales initiatives.
Represent the company at industry events and maintain an up-to-date understanding of market trends
Travel
Approximately 50% travel primarily within the U.S. in addition to Canada and Mexico

Qualifications we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered. MBA preferred.
Proven experience in business development and account management.
Proven experience in the Wind industry, or specialty lubricant space.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage sales development projects over the long-term
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and company meetings.

This role combines aspects of business development, engineering management, and sales, specifically tailored to the Wind market, requiring a blend of technical knowledge and commercial acumen.
