Inside Sales Representative

Our client, a UK-based fleet tracking company, is seeking a US Sales Executive to join their team in Nashville, TN.
This is a full-time onsite position with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm and offers a salary range of $45,000 to $50,000 per year plus unlimited commission at $20 per unit. Taking into account the commission, the expected annual salary amounts to $70,000.
Please Note:
Currently, this role will be remote while our client establishes their Nashville office. Eventually, employees will be required to work onsite in the Nashville office.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets through personal efforts and teamwork
- Complete sales procedures and orders
- Develop new market routes, including cold calling
- Manage a prospect portfolio and maintain regular contact via phone and email
- Update customer records in the marketing database
- Conduct telephone demonstrations for potential clients
- Meet outbound call quotas daily
- Monitor market and competitor activities
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office365
- Experience in cold calling and telesales is a plus
