About the Job:


The Gorge Amphitheater is looking for a Maintenance Services Supervisor. This role involves supervising and coordinating cleaning staff activities at the venue, as well as some management tasks.



Responsibilities:

  • Direct and supervise cleaning staff and other employees
  • Train staff and ensure they are well-informed on event specific details
  • Manage breaks and ensure compliance with venue policies and safety regulations
  • Participate in the venue's sustainability program by implementing resource conservation initiatives and educating fans
  • Close the venue at the end of the show by collecting recyclables and event equipment
  • Oversee cleaning staff productivity, communicate challenges to management, and assign tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Cleaning Services Manager
  • Schedule team members, enforce safety measures, and ensure health and security protocols


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and constantly on the move
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Physical ability to walk, climb stairs, lift heavy items, and occasionally sit
