Maintain employee equipment inventory Filing, Data Entry and Report TrackingBackup Assistance for Unit Groups Provide administrative support on other tasksas assigned.


Examples include, but are not limited to:

Changing CVP mailingaddresses Mailing CVP forms Mailing Private Rail Car and Flight Propertynotices Scanning Documents for all areas in the District Renaming filesaccording to standard naming conventions as appropriate Moving files from aMicrosoft to Google platform Copying and producing student reference materialsVerify links on the ADOR website for Property Tax related material Develop andreview standard work Review, compile and store electronic documents inappropriate folder using specified standard naming convention Candidate must beable to work a hybrid schedule: Proposed schedule Monday, Wednesday and Friday- work remotely.

Tuesday and Thursday - work from the office.
Skills Required Strong verbal, written, and listening communications skills.
Proficiency in performing administrative functions including data entry, mail

Experience Required Customer Service in an office environment with a businessacumen

Education Required High School Diploma or GED
