About the Role: If you land the role as an Events Assistant at Style Netbox, your main mission will be to assist in the planning and execution of a variety of events. Collaborating closely with our events team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that every detail is impeccably managed and our clients' visions are transformed into reality.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating various events, from meetings and conferences to promotional activities.
  • Keep the communication flowing smoothly between vendors, clients, and internal teams to guarantee flawless event execution.
  • Handle event logistics, from setting up the venue to arranging equipment rental and catering services.
  • Prepare and distribute event materials such as invitations, programs, and promotional items.
  • Keep a close eye on event timelines and ensure all deadlines are adhered to.
  • Offer on-site assistance during events, covering registration, guest support, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct evaluations post-events and assist in creating reports on event outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field is a bonus.
  • Prior experience in event planning or coordination offers you a competitive edge.
  • Great organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and a keen eye for detail are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and event management software.
