Job Overview

  • Direct the Outbound Operations to ensure accurate and timely processes of all orders with maximum efficiency.
  • Revise procedures, driving continuous improvement programs.
  • Oversee daily production and efficiency of all employees.
  • Ensure activities prioritize Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.

Scope

  • Manage employees to meet customer requirements and production standards.
  • Manages the shipment of lines to North American and Global Distributors.
  • Collaborate directly with various departments to optimize business needs.
  • Identify productivity opportunities and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Establish and manage functional metrics to measure performance.
  • Lead a large team over 2 shift operations.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, direct, and manage staff to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Revise procedures, drive continuous improvement, and embrace the 5s culture.
  • Identify productivity opportunities and ensure standard performance.
  • Lead employees to enhance accuracy, productivity, and flexibility.
  • Supervise directly as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or related field preferred.
  • 5 - 7 years experience in Distribution or operational management.
  • Strong team building and communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels.
  • Good project and budget management abilities.
  • Strong decision-making and leadership skills.
  • Must have a sense of urgency for self and team.
