We are seeking an experienced Sales Operation Reporting Analyst to help build Sales Operation capabilities within the AMP, Wallet and Commerce Business Operation Team.

This role requires you to be comfortable with ambiguity in a fast moving start-up like environment.

You will help build and standardize various core sales operations processes, include but not limited to sales territory assignment & modeling, forecasting, pipeline management and/or sales performance reporting.

The successful candidate will drive sales initiatives and help optimize sales results. Use system data/report to provide valuable analyses to help influence business decisions.

Key responsibilities include:


Demonstrates technical skills and understanding of specialized analytical software systems such as Tableau, or advanced Excel functions or other platforms.

Demonstrated SQL Skills and/or Python

Build & implement Sales territory modeling, forecasting, pipeline management, account management, and/or sales performance reporting/measurement for a new & existing businesses

Key driver in defining business data/critical metric requirements & roadmap. Play key role in defining CRM requirements and/or tools strategy

Work with cross-functional teams to align on business analytics and strategy

Education

BS/MS in Business, Finance, or quantitative fields

3+ years experience in a data analytics, and/or sales operations

Experience with or enterprise-level CRM system
