Key Responsibilities

  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations on existing store requisition processes, including reporting, req approval, and new store staffing.
  • Process and approve positions and requisitions within our stores based on store-level demand needs.
  • Partner with Retail Field leadership to implement Payroll strategies that support financial and operational goals.
  • Create and implement process improvement projects that help the company scale and grow its Retail presence.
  • Own and manage field-facing payroll policies and procedures.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis in support of Retail Finance and Field leadership.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively communicate financial themes to non-financial business partners.
  • BS/BA in a related field.
