Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in securing new recruitment contracts, expanding market share, and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and key decision-makers within targeted sectors.
Secure new recruitment contracts by leveraging existing networks and cold-calling prospective clients.
Manage client relations and expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Collaborate with the internal recruitment teams to fulfill client needs effectively.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of business development experience, with a track record of landing recruitment contracts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Compensation:
1099 Contractor - 100% Commission
