Pay rate:
$19-$24 an hour based on experience
Job Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain and update office records and databases.
Assist with office supply management and procurement.
Greet visitors and provide general support to clients and guests.
Support the planning and execution of company events and activities.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Other duties as assigned based on department's needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Culinary or Food Science strongly preferred
Previous experience in R&D department is preferred***Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Previous administrative or office experience is required
