As a Supervisor at Milestone Environmental Services, you will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our disposal facilities to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant waste management processes.
You will lead a team of operators and support staff, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve operational excellence and uphold our commitment to environmental stewardship.
Required:
Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, business management, or a related field (preferred).
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a waste management, industrial, or related industry.
Strong knowledge of waste disposal regulations, environmental compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications for data analysis and reporting.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize competing demands, and adapt to changing circumstances.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
