Approximately 20 hours/week on-site at our Land O'Lakes offices. Flexible schedule

Reports to: Marketing Director

Job Summary: Create visually appealing graphics for ads, social media, website, and emails. Must have excellent communication skills and use creative problem solving techniques to find resolution for the variety of marketing collateral needed by the marketing team.

Major Responsibilities: Candidate must have strong marketing skills and should be familiar with design principles. Must be highly organized and creative, with above average ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Self-motivated and self-disciplined.

Essential Position Requirements:

  • Advanced skills in design platforms including: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint. After Effects and Premier Pro a plus.

Physical and Mental Demands:

  • Average physical Ability – able to sit for long periods
  • High level of creative and problem solving skills
  • High level of verbal communication skills

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in graphic design or equivalent related field
  • Demonstrate above average competencies in the following skills:
  • Problem solving, people skills, teamwork, emphasizing excellence
  • Two plus years in graphic design environment a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in fast- paced, team oriented environment
