Job DescriptionJob Description

Do you dream of translating your artistic vision into graphic tees that guys will love? We're looking for a passionate and skilled Men's T-Shirt Graphic Designer to join our client's growing team.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Design awesome, eye-catching graphics for a men's t-shirt line.
  • Stay on top of men's fashion trends and pop culture references.
  • Turn design ideas into print-ready masterpieces, considering factors like color, composition, and how it will actually be printed.
  • Partner with the marketing team to understand what our target audience wants and ensure our brand message comes through loud and clear.
  • Take feedback in stride and revise your designs until they're perfect.
  • Gain some knowledge of t-shirt printing techniques (screen printing, DTG) to make sure your designs translate from screen to shirt flawlessly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a graphic designer or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of t-shirt designs or relevant graphic design experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Excellent understanding of visual design principles, including composition, color theory, and typography.
  • Familiarity with men's fashion trends and active lifestyle culture is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
