Role Overview:

We are searching for a motivated Food Service Director to lead our team in Rolla.

As the Food Service Director, you will oversee a skilled group of food service professionals, managing all aspects of the department to ensure customer satisfaction remains high.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Oversight of all food service department functions and resources.
  • Supervision and training of staff, including recruitment.
  • Ensuring compliance with culinary, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Department budget management and procurement.
  • Collaborating with other departments for operational efficiency.
  • Addressing customer needs and feedback.

Requirements:

_Essential:_

  • Minimum two years of food service coordination experience.
  • Proficiency in industrial cooking techniques.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with various levels of staff.
  • Ability to thrive in a diverse, customer-focused environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
_Preferred:_

  • ServSafe and/or HACCP certification
