Our client, a well-known and rapidly growing title insurance company, is on the lookout for a Senior Agency Advisor / Business Development Representative to lead their expansion efforts in Maryland and Virginia.

  • Provide exceptional service to high potential/high producing agents in the state.
  • Identify, implement, and close growth opportunities within the assigned geography.
  • Be actively involved in fostering relationships, increasing policy submissions, generating new business, and participating in industry events to solidify the company's presence in Maryland and Virginia.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evaluate agent needs and provide high-level service/training to boost policy submissions.
  • Determine sales/service plans for each agent.
  • Monitor assigned accounts for revenue growth.
  • Lead the sales process and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Maintain dialogue with Compliance Representatives and in-house Agency Advisors.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments.
  • Build industry contacts to drive sales.
  • Identify high-quality prospects and convert them into policy producing agents.
  • Conduct sales/service training presentations.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel.
  • Experience in business development and account management within the Title Insurance industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and good judgment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience working with agents, real estate attorneys, and paralegals.
