Location:
Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Pay:
$22.51/Hour

Hours: 3rd shift 10:30pm – 7:00am

Job Responsibilities:
Pathogen testing on finished product as well as food contact points
Microbiological analysis of finished and raw goods
Starch, amylase, and allergen analysis
Environmental and water monitoring and testing
Data Entry
Ingredient inspection
Analyze, research, and resolve problems, with good follow-up skills
Responsible for Q-RMP standards implementation as defined by the accountability list document
Follow all safety protocols and perform your job responsibilities in a safe manner
Other duties as assigned

Skill Requirements:
A background in manufacturing and science is helpful and a plus
The position requires approximately three months of learning all functions of the department
Responsible for following all Food Safety Policies and Safety Procedures
Communicate clearly in person, by phone, and in writing
Ability to handle stressful situations
Successful candidates must have the willingness to cooperate as a team, respect others, be accountable for one's actions, and have an open mind
