General Description of Duties:
- Responsible for the successful completion of all contracts to meet customer expectation for all Federal, State, and City contracts assigned, as well as meeting the quality and timeline standards established for these contracts.
- Will conduct these duties in a hands-on fashion.
- Responsible for the general supervision of all staff assigned to contracts; Conducts daily inspections of all contracts to ensure compliance with contract standards and the established Quality Control Programs for each contract.
- Will perform any administrative requirements associated with the contracts and client/case.
- Provides oversight to staff and effectively manages daily operations and allocation of resources, including supplies, vehicles, equipment, office space, computers, etc.
- Ensures successful completion of all assigned service contracts to meet customer expectations and committed deadlines.
- Serves as the primary contact with external business customers, addressing operational requirements, quality standards, and areas for improvement.
- Must consistently exhibit the leadership skills necessary to promote teamwork, professionalism, and Adelante's mission and vision for our employees and Associates.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One (1) year experience working directly with disabled adults in a business or industry environment preferred, including quality control, inventory control, and maintenance systems.
- Two (2) years of consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past eight (8) years required.
- Three (3) years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Military or military-like background preferred, but experience in same or similar contract/project management is acceptable.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and be detail-oriented.
- Experience working with other contractors required.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, with internal and external customers of Adelante, and to understand and interpret written procedures.
- Ability to give and receive instructions in written and verbal forms and to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, supervisors, and co-workers.
Job Type: Full Time
Pay From: $46,384 Annual Salary.
Monday through Friday possible weekend work.Hours vary based on needs at contracts .
