TITLE:
Nutrition Team Leader

QUALIFICATIONS:
Five years experience in Food Services; leadership experience helpful

REPORTS TO:

Director of School NutritionPERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for overseeing operations, including preparing and cooking foods according to established recipes, maintaining records and transporting deposits to the high school.
  • Instruct food service staff in their various duties. Acquaint them with policies of the system, rules and regulations pertaining to safety, sanitation, etc.
  • Report grievances to the Food Service Director.

OTHER DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS WILL INCLUDE:
- completing accident reports* reporting equipment problems to the Director* monitor adherence to HACCP regulations* inventory management and ordering product

  • Perform other duties as assigned or directed by the Director

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
6.5 hours per day for 184 days (school year)

PAY RATE:
$21.50/ per hour

EVALUATION:
Performance of this position will be evaluated annually in writing by the Director of School Nutrition. Copy will be filed in Personnel File.
