A Concise Summary
Responsible for offering general administrative and operational support in a department on a temporary basis.

  • Provides administrative assistance to ensure efficient and cost-effective utilization of hospital resources
  • Supports with scheduling, minute-taking, communications, assessments, analysis, program management, and meeting project deadlines
  • Aids in editing, formatting, reproducing, and filing program materials and data
  • Assists with photocopying, scanning, call management, data entry, and data handling
  • Completes other relevant tasks as assigned

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED Required
  • Associate's Degree Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Skills and Proficiencies

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in written and oral communication
  • Capable of working methodically, collaborating effectively with others, and paying attention to details
  • Displays initiative and possesses strong problem-solving abilities
