Overview

GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking a Desktop Deployment Technicianin the Middletown, PA area.

Position Overview:

The Desktop Deployment Technician will provide desktop support and excellent customer service to end users in enterprise-level organizations.

Responsibilities
  • Provides technical customer service support via in-person, phone, and email
  • Troubleshoots and provides laptop upgrade support to end users
  • Supports both technical and non-technical end users
  • Escalates advanced issues to the appropriate team members
Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or 1 year of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite of software products
  • ITIL Knowledge
  • Knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot hardware and software systems
  • Ability to communicate and work with others effectively
  • Working knowledge of PC hardware configurations and troubleshooting
  • Imaging experience with SCCM
