  • Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, and payroll.

  • Strategic thinking: Ability to develop a long-term vision for compensation and benefits.
  • Analytical skills: Strong ability to evaluate compensation data.
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication with stakeholders.
  • Leadership skills: Strong ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Collaboration skills: Ability to work effectively with different departments to implement programs.

Demonstrated track record of designing and implementing total rewards strategies, including compensation plans and benefits programs.
