$48,750 to $81,250 annually DOE

Job Summary

The Revenue Assurance Analyst is responsible for identifying and correcting revenue leakage points through collaboration with different departments. Ideal candidates will have a background in data analysis and revenue assurance with a sharp eye for detail.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze revenue transactions for discrepancies, anomalies, and risks.
  • Identify and correct revenue leakage areas, such as billing errors and operational inefficiencies.
  • Use advanced analytics tools to interpret data for revenue optimization.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance required.
  • 2+ years of experience in revenue assurance.
  • Experience in telecommunication revenue is a plus.
  • Strong excel skills and proficiency in database tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving excellence and follow-up capabilities.

Physical Requirements

Essential functions may require prolonged periods of sitting, occasional lifting up to 25 pounds, and specific vision abilities.

Work Environment

Primarily office setting with computer use. Employees may not hold outside employment without approval from Ziply Fiber.
