Site Facilities Manager Opportunity in Irving, TX

A globally admired company is searching for a Site Facilities Manager to join their team in Irving, TX. This role involves managing a medical device facility with a total area of 151,000 sq ft under the IFL model, overseeing services from ESFM & CBRE.

Responsibilities:

  • Own overall accountability for driving Enterprise Facilities Management (EFM) capabilities within the assigned site
  • Provide oversight of facilities management outsourcing partners
  • Deliver a quality, safe, compliant, and productive workplace environment
  • Lead facilities/maintenance operation, infrastructure management, and space management
  • Report directly to the Micro-Regional Lead role

Requirements:

  • University/Bachelor's degree required; degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Architecture preferred
  • 6+ years of Facilities Engineering experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting for medical device, biotech, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals
  • Knowledgeable in utility-based systems (e.g., chilled water, steam, compressed air)
  • Strong background in Facilities Engineering and EH&S
  • Project management success, certifications, and budget/financial leadership skills
  • Local collaboration, project completion, and people development skills
  • Ability to maintain a strategic focus while being tactically oriented

Additional Information:

Up to 10% domestic travel may be required for this role.
