Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with external service providers and suppliers as necessary for specialized maintenance and repairs.

  • Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in maintenance, ideally within a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance practices, tools, and equipment.
  • Familiarity with building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, management, and external service providers.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in maintenance or related fields is advantageous.
