  • Build a connection with our space by getting people comfortable, showing them around and making sure they understand our processes, product, and culture.
  • Contribute to studio growth through onboarding new members
  • Conduct phone calls regarding leads, member checkins, follow ups with trial clients
  • Constantly greeting members enthusiastically to provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the studio
  • Learn and refer to members by name
  • Attend team meetings and socials/events with the F45 team to promote brand awareness and integration into our communities
