Details:
Location- Onsite near Milwaukee
Hours- Monday to Friday 8 AM 5PM
Direct hire, relocation package, sign on bonus

Salary- $135,000 to $149,000 per year, DOE

The Associate Creative Director will lead the execution and delivery of premium photography and video content for two luxury brands. You will lead the creative cycle, from concept, to innovation, to delivery of premium creative content. Your content and vision will lead our brand image.
The idea candidate will have an excellent eye, expereince with premium and luxury brands, and be an excellent communicator. This role will have upwards of 9 direct reports including Photographers, Editors, Art Directors, Set Designers and beyond.
We are seeking a passionate, innovative and curious leader with deep photography and video experience. We need a charismatic leader that that is comfortable being behind the camera, to directing talent.
You will create with a distinctive look, feel, that leads the way for the entire marketing department.

Key Responsibilities:
Creative-
- Manage creative content projects with varied scope, budgets and delivery timeline
- Direct all components of photo and video production
- Roll-up your sleeves and lead by example, be hands-on with content creation and achieving your creative vision
- Manage global creative identity and approach content creation with a worldly view
- Ensure production team is delivering creative that is on-brand and aligned with business objectives
- Deliver original ideas clearly and concisely that are convincing
- Foster an environment for creativity and innovation throughout the team
- Keep a growth mindset, with an eye for industry trends, and new technology to achieve great creative
- Provide insight on the creative groups structure
- Guide business and marketing strategy
Budget and logistics-
- Manage budgets, priorities, and resources in a high-volume production environment
- Keep deliverables on schedule
- Deliver creative projects and results nimbly that are aligned with strategy and objectives
- Manage external agency and freelancer needs
Cross-functional management-
- Partner with cross functional stakeholders and internal and external vendors
- Represent ideas that can be understood by a wide audience of stakeholders
- Be able to advocate for your creative partners, and introduce Marketings point of view to all stakeholders
Team leadership-
- Foster and encouraging environment where creatives can grow their careers
- Lead a high performing team with multiple direct reports
- Delegate workload and responsibilities to complete major projects
- See the big picture and understand how to mobilize a diverse group of people to achieve goals
Experinece Requirements:
- Ten years of experience in an advertising agency or inhouse/brand studio
- Bachelor's Degree (BFA) (BVA) or similar
- Incredible portfolio showcasing your creative talent in photo and video creation
- Luxury brand experience
- Omnichannel campaign experience
- Strong knowledge of the production process across all mediums
- Experience leading and directing a creative team including direct reports
- Worldly view allowing for global content creation
- Strong communications skills (written and verbal)
